ElectroWhat? - Rock Infusions: Krautrock
Krautrock continued through the 1970s as these German bands became popular with their avant-garde style of music. In the mid and late 1970s however, it gave way to an even more experimental style of music, still based in Germany, that identified with space music and strayed from the more percussive and rhythmic music of Krautrock. In the early 70s though, Krautrock remained a defining force in German Rock music.
